Deterministic Email Confirmation

This page defines how DeliveryTruth classifies email addresses and what “accuracy” means in our service. It also outlines core terms for using DeliveryTruth.

1. Service Description

DeliveryTruth provides email list hygiene by classifying customer-provided email addresses using Microsoft Exchange delivery outcomes. The service is designed to help customers improve list quality and reduce bounces.

2. Accuracy Definition

“Accuracy” in DeliveryTruth means the classification we provide reflects the Microsoft Exchange delivery outcome observed at the time the address is processed. DeliveryTruth does not use SMTP probing, probability scoring, or heuristic inference as the basis for classification.

3. No Guarantee of Future Deliverability

DeliveryTruth does not guarantee future inbox placement, campaign performance, open rates, click rates, or long-term deliverability. Future deliverability depends on factors beyond list hygiene including sender reputation, authentication, content, sending behavior, and recipient policies.

Customers are responsible for how outputs are used downstream.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify the service over time. We may also impose reasonable limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse.
